Description
The Cruma PCR cabinet has been specifically designed for gene-amplification work using the PCR technique (Polymerase Chain Reaction).
A timer and three 15W UV tubes have been included to ensure the material placed inside, as well as the entire work surface, is completely sterile, thus preventing any possible cross-contamination between the DNA and RNA samples that may give rise to false-positives.
The 4mm-thick tempered glass works as a filter to protect the personnel and the environment from UV radiation. In the event the front of the cabinet is opened by accident, the UV lamps automatically disconnect to ensure the operator is fully protected.
Cutting-Edge Solutions both Inside and Out
We have designed an innovative cabinet that is far different from anything else on the market and which represents a new concept in terms of laboratory material. The Cruma PCR combines a comfortable work surface with curves that soften the environment, providing a more natural appearance. It is composed of just one piece of equipment and it operates in plug&play mode, so you can get to work in just a matter of minutes.
