Description
The flowmeter allows the regeneration gas flow for the glove boxes under controlled atmosphere to be adjusted. When reactivating the loads of the purification unit, it is necessary to supply a bottle of neutral gas (Ar/N2) containing a certain percentage of hydrogen (H2).
The ball flowmeter is used to adjust the gas flow during the regeneration process.

- Different possible assemblies (gas bottle, regeneration gas circuit of the purification unit)
