Description
H2O analyzers are used to measure the humidity level inside gloveboxes in a pure neutral gas environment (N2, Ar, gas mixture). They are essential components that equip gloveboxes under neutral or purified atmospheres whenever humidity control is required.
Technical data:
- H2O ppm Analyser: Solid-state sensor, ceramic-metallic type.
- Dew Point Transmitter -100/+20°C PR (DP).
- Display in ppm (0.01-23700 ppm, accuracy ±2°C DP).
- Calibration certificate with 7 points (NPL – NIST).
- %RH Analyser: Solid-state transmitter with a measurement range of 0-100% relative humidity.
- Simultaneous temperature measurement. Calibration certificate with 3 points.
They perform various functions, including monitoring the efficiency of the purification unit in removing H2O, providing a quick, accurate, and reliable check of the residual humidity level in the glovebox (in ppm or %). They also offer a visual indication of temporary malfunctions in the system or the saturation level of the H2O purifier.
When coupled with our Core-type purifiers, they enable the adjustment of an alarm that can be set on the touchscreen, and optionally trigger a safety process. Depending on the application, desired purity (<1 ppm, <1%), atmosphere type (presence of acids, solvents), and the intended function (analysis, safety, humidity control, etc.), we recommend the model best suited to your needs.
