Cruma presents its new cabinet for ultra-precision weighing with total protection for the worker and the environment during the handling of substances developed in research laboratories.
Working with extremely toxic substances is no longer a problem for the laboratory personnel thanks to the filtering system* of highest safety as well as the filter change of our new Cruma W-2 Ventilated Balance Enclosure (VBE).
Sensitive microbalances require a protected and vibration-free environment against air currents. Cruma W-2guarantees a precise and safe work environment when dealing with highly- active substances, while providing excellent ergonomics and comfort. The work surface is isolated from any vibration thanks to its anti-vibration system* that allows calibrating with accuracy and speed any balance of up to 6 digits**. Certified and Patented:Â Manufactured in Barcelona with European CE components, certified by an external laboratory following international regulations, and applying ISO 9001: 2015 Quality criteria and in the process of patenting its exclusive filtration system.
Extremely Safe:Â Filtration system with double filtration as standard: HEPA H-14 main filter with BagIn & BagOut system for total operator protection when changing the saturated filter, and HEPA H-14 safety filter at the exhaust.
Economic Savings and Easy to Set-Up:Â You do not need complicated installation operations to start working with: the customer receives the Ventilated Balanace Enclosure (VBE), unpacks it and just by plugging it in, he can start working, and no need to interrupt a laboratory working at full capacity.
Energy Savings:Â Unlike traditional extraction hoods, our fume hoods do not use the air conditioning equipment inside the laboratory, which substantially reduces energy costs. The aspirated air is not expelled outside but recirculated back into the laboratory free from contaminating substances.
